Dr. Rachael Cavenee graduated from Wichita State University with a doctoral degree in Audiology in May 2013. She completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Northern Colorado with a Bachelors of Science in Audiology and Speech Language Sciences. She is a member of Alpa Phi - a honors membership recognizing excellence in health care as well as KSHA --a state based professional organization for audiologists and speech language pathologists. Dr. Cavenee has had training at Via Christi Hospitals with primarily pediatric patients. She also has had training at a Veteran's hospital and multiple rural hospitals/clinics with adult populations. Dr. Cavenee established her own clinic in February 2014. Since opening, Dr. Cavenee has established a relationship with Kearny County Hospital and Scott City Clinic to offer specialty clinics. She has given multiple presentations about hearing loss and prevention. Her goal is to continue to offer resources, education, and services to those in rural Kansas and Colorado.
