The following services are provided at Cavenee Audiology, LLC:

 

       hearing evaluations for all ages - diagnostic and/or screening testing available. Specialized tests may be done to give the audiologist the most accurate picture of your  hearing abilities. DOT screenings and OSHA screenings are also offered.

       hearing aid and accessory dispensing - we currently offer multiple manufactures' hearing aids depending on a patient's lifestyle and hearing health needs. Hearing aids have different features within them that place them in different technology levels (how the hearing aid handles background noise, how speech is processed, bluetooth connectivity, etc.). As the technology increases within the hearing aid, so too does the price point of the hearing aid. There are different hearing aids for different lifestyles and different budgets. We utilize diagnostic information to help you choose the best technology levels for your needs.

Choosing a hearing professional is one of the most important decisions you will ever make and the personal relationships you will develop with our staff will continue long after your initial appointment. We understand that ongoing counseling, periodic adjustments and regular hearing aid cleanings are vital to your continued satisfaction with your investment in better hearing and we are committed to being here to support your every need.

      minor hearing aid repairs & hearing aid cleanings - we can clean and repair the majority of hearing aids. Sometimes a simple cleaning is all you need to have your hearing aids functioning well again. If we do not have a certain part needed to repair your hearing aid, chances are that we can order it in for you. 

      hearing aid programming/adjusting - we can program your hearing aids and make adjustments according to a recent hearing test. If you believe your hearing has changed, chances are that your hearing aids need to be adjusted or programmed for the change in your hearing. ** Unfortunately we cannot program every manufacturers' hearing aids.

      custom molds - we have the capability of making hearing protection and/or swim plugs on site or having them made by a manufacturer. We also can order custom products like musician plugs and custom molded audio ear piece attachments.

At Cavenee Audiology we firmly believe that your wants and needs in regards to hearing is important. We know that intervention options can be an investment and that is why we strongly recommend a demo or trial period of amplification if that is the route most suitable. Hearing aids are not a "miracle cure" for hearing loss, but rather a tool to ease your listening difficulties. It takes a patient/specialist partnership to develop an intervention plan that is best for you. Adjusting to life with better hearing takes time; however, we are willing to provide you the most realistic goals and be a phone call away every step of the way.

Currently, we are able to order hearing aids from the following companies: Unitron, Oticon, GNReSound, Signia, Starkey, & Phonak. We have the capability of offering other manufacturers' products if a patient desires.
